Shipping Information: Shipping charges are based on your order weight and your geographic location. Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service

If you selected Ground shipping, delivery times typically range from 2-7 business days but we ask that you allow a maximum of 10 days for delivery depending on location.

We will accept returns of unused merchandise returned in its original packaging, for up to 14 days from the date of shipping. The refund you will receive will be for the original amount paid for the merchandise you are returning, less the shipping fee charged by gyrospalace.com.

We will refund your credit card if you originally paid by credit card, or we will send you a check/cheque refund if another payment method was used.

A properly filled out Merchandise Return Form (which is included with each order) must accompany the returned merchandise - your package should be sent shipping/postage prepaid to the location indicated on the form. If you do not have a Merchandise Return Form, please contact us to request a new one.





Frequently Asked Questions: Q: I have decided to purchase from you. How fast can you deliver? A: Our delivery depends on your choice of shipping method. Please call us for a delivery schedule. The shipment can leave our warehouse in 24hrs.

Q: I am left-handed. Is it possible to get your barbecues with heating controls on the left? A: Yes, for a small extra charge. Please call for details.

Q: Can I use your products to barbecue gyros/kebobs only? A: No, you can also barbecue meat/vegetable skewers or whole chickens. All you need is our special skewer assembly, which is available separately. Click here for details.

Q: If the motor on one of your units failed, how much down time would I have? A: Roughly 2 minutes of it. You can continue barbecuing with the help of our manual handles or simply exchange the top-mounted motor for another one. In the last two years we had no service-calls related to motors.

Q: Am I allowed to install your barbecues myself? A: Not unless you are a certified technician who can ensure the proper connection to your fuel supply. If you install the unit yourself without having the required certification, you will void your warranty.

Q: I am moving to a location without LP gas connections. Can I run your unit on propane? A: Yes. You can purchase a refitting kit for this very purpose. Remember to have it installed by a certified technician.

Q: How fast can you supply parts and accessories? A: We ship UPS. The shipment can leave our warehouse in 24hrs.

Q: I don't have much room, but would like to run two barbecues side by side. One for rotisserie chicken, one for gyros/kebob. How do I manage? A: Our barbecues can be supplied with heating controls on either side. This way, you can run two units in very close proximity without compromising usability.
